That rug, while not that pretty, has the admirable attribute of being able to withstand being taken outside and hosed down. Perfect for the (eventually-)single father of three.

It really ties the room together.
I used to shop at that place a lot when it was called MacFrugals. I was known as Gregor MacFrugal, of Clan MacFrugal!

I tried to buy a filing cabinet from Big Lots a few years ago and they gave me paperwork to fill out. I said, "Can't I just give you cash and take the filing cabinet without filling out all of this paperwork?"
The answer was no, so I left. I never went back.
