eh, too obscure for anyone to get.

(BTW, you might want to spell "ignorance" correctly for the jab to really work :P )

I'm not a native English speaker. Where I correct someone on spelling and make a mistake myself, there you can tell me. Lets see you try Hebrew for a change. So hah, there you go!

Oh, c'mon, how many Jon Snow are there?
Well, according to Wikipedia, 8. >_>

Sorry, haven't read any of those books. (I'm not even sure I've ever read anything by Martin, period.)

(Try Navajo for a difficult language. Their verbs make yours look simple. :D

And I can overlook you getting a vowel wrong here and there. After all, you don't usually write them in Hebrew to begin with. :) )

It's a shame, Chig, I think you'll really like it. It's gritty and quite merciless for alot of the characters, kinda like Dune.
And if you don't read it, Mandy(who also loves ASoIaF) will send over a cow to eat you. You've been warned. :P

I'll tell Bint to prepare for beef tonight. :D

(But will take the series recommendation into consideration. ;) )

:D It's the only fantasy that I can seriously recommend... doesn't even read like fantasy.

Anyway.. back to the hot and sweaty. I wonder how long it would take to become accustomed to the smell of your own stillsuit? Also, I wonder what keeps them from getting a rash!

About the rash, I remember someone(Liet?) saying you get used to the suits after a while, when your body's water content adjusts(as in, stop being water-fat) by sweating less.
Also, the stillsuit absorbes every bit of moisture very quickly and efficiently, so you'll get dry fast.

I can imagine a 'Dune' brand of diapers/tampones with a commercial like "Absorbs like a Fremen-made stillsuit!"

Jon Snow is a newsreader on Channel 4.

Orald's dick probably fell off due to some embarrassing disease he contracted from a goat.

(Some of my friends back home found out about this book somehow and gave me a copy as a gag gift one Xmas.)

Haha...I read this to my son at a bookstore down in Marunouchi last year!

If I remember correctly, there was another book titled Everyone Farts.

On my wishlist! :D

That's part of the subtitle of Paul of Dune, right? Everyone Farts, But Kevin and Brian Shit Words?

My cubicle at work has padded walls. I don't think they are helping though. Neither is the flourescent lighting.

I remember one time in the police station some ass put blue florecent lights in a bridge, and they were blinking too...damn, I walked it with my eyes shut. :?
The next time I was there those lights were gone.

I hope those cops go blind. :x
