Dune Encyclopedia discussion Tor.COM

Post by Robspierre »

Someone has posted a link to googledocs where the Dune Encyclopedia has been posted. So far all the comments are saying the only real Dune are Frank's six original works.

Great find there, both for the DE itself and the discussion that follows. Has anyone seen a pro-KJA comment? I scanned through pretty quickly, but all I saw was love for the DE and loathing for Spanky McDune.

My favorite: the guy mentioning his letter to TheKeith begging him to stop writing McDunes. A direct contradiction of Keith's oft-told "we got thousands of positive letters" tale.
"Anything I write will be remembered and listed in bibliographies on Dune for several hundred years ..." — some delusional halfwit troll.

I think anybody with sense can tell the difference between Dune and McDune.

¡Thank you, inhuien, for the link! :D

I had heard of this encyclopedia, but had never gotten a look at it. Must say I'm enjoying it so far.
