You'd think he'd get that right... but fair point.

I wasn't going to pollute a Frank thread with it, but the entire second half of that paragraph is a list of the wines from Frank's cellar that he drank at the wake... :wink:

I asked on the Official Dune facebook site, just got from some unknown source "he was cremated". I was looking for possibly the place they spread the ashes. A plaque or stone marker, something small, discrete, placed there for posterity.

(I spent a week in Madison a couple of summers ago without realizing that's where FH passed away. :doh: :cry: )

i spent four months in cold weather training at volk field, wi which isnt that far from madison (we drove thru there i believe). wish i had known then, could have checked the papers. it was 1989 when i was there. wasnt reading very much then, so wasnt tuned to literary world then.
