How many erogenous zones do Bene Gesserit Imprinters know?

I assume the number you're looking for is 51?

You can go ahead and take the question, I have no idea what to ask, and my books are far, far away.

Who is the closest thing to a male sibling that Muad'dib ever had?
Duncan?

Ya'll, its Gurney Halleck :P

They got drunk together, whored together...

How much closer can ya get?

Or it could be one of the fremen. Stilgar?

Course, it depends on whether he means physically by blood, or by something else- emotion.

Omph got it. don't have PDFs on work comp for direct quote but Paul muses near the end of Dune how Fenring was the nearest thing to brotherhood he had since Fenring was a failed KH.
Paul, aware of some of this from the way the time nexus boiled, understood
at last why he had never seen Fenring along the webs of prescience. Fenring was
one of the might-have-beens, an almost Kwisatz Haderach, crippled by a flaw in
the genetic pattern -- a eunuch, his talent concentrated into furtiveness and
inner seclusion. A deep compassion for the Count flowed through Paul, the first
sense of brotherhood he'd ever experienced.

I knew it had to be something more complicated than Duncan...or anyone in Paul's "inner circle"

Dang ... there is a whole pre/se/inter-quel novel in that sentence alone.

I'm going to sneak a question in really quick:

What planet did the Bene Gesserit try to make into a no-planet, and how much energy would it have required?

Chapter House and I think it would have taken all the energy of the systems Sun.

The entire output of a G-3 sun.

But I wouldn't call Chapterhouse a no-planet, it was surrounded by a mote of no-ships, it wasn't surrounded by one giant no-field.

Can't put anything past Freak and Chigger, apparently.

Half credit each? This always happens with two-part questions.

A question apiece to ye! (And I think Omph still has one in reserve.)

Sigh. That Wikipedia page includes planets from the Pre/Sequels. And a mention of House Vernius under the Ix entry.

HBJ,
feeling grumpy.
