A number of years ago I was up at Sturgis and went on a rally
up to Moose Jaw. While there, we did a Poker Run, and I won.
The prize was $50 Canadian. I had to pay them $14.50 US.
And not to again attempt to correct a man of your Linguistic Knowledge, Chig,
but I believe the correct phrasing should be:
"That don't make no sense."
Then there was the time I got my hand caught in that catfish and got
drug up under the low water dam. Well, I'da drowned if'n it weren't
for them nuns. Back in those days, nuns wore beaver pelts on their
heads and kept bingo balls in their panties. You can imagine our surprise
come Monday morning .......

Aaaaah! Aaaaaaaah! Aaaaaaaaah!
Don't do that.
Damn. I filled the tank yesterday morning (was half empty) for ¥145/liter, but when I drove past the same station on the way home last night it was down to 142. Grrrrrrrrrr.
(I could have made it to work and back on just about a quarter tank. If I'd waited....)
