Am I too late for the party. It's only 2:59pm Sunday where I am. Finally got Spiff of the computer so I could go on. Any one here?

I think the boardcrashing was a success. I'll wait and see what our illustrious Freak has to say, but all in all, a lot of fun.

Sorry to say I didn't get to the computer much this weekend myself.

I was able to drop by a couple of times just to check how things were going and it seems we got a lot of new people signed up and lots of new posts, so I'd say it was a success.

It'll probably be a few days until I post winners... unless Omph wants to count it all up.

That's the part that I am not looking forward to. PhpBB doesn't have an easy way in which to count posts from a certain date, at least not one that I've come across.

I just hope I find the Robots CD. I seem to have misplaced it somewhere. I don't want to be sued for failure to come up with an offered prize.

Okay Worm, your board registration sucks.

First, for some reason the text...

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

...will not work in the "loc field". It produces an error.

Second, my website...

http://www.new-un-spacy.com/m3.html

...will not work in the "web field". Again, errorsville.

Third, for some reason it tells me the BB code and HTML are turned on, but any tags I use in my "sig field" comes back with an error. Oh, punctuation also causes an error in that field as well, such as commas and apostrophes.

Fourth, the anti-spam encryption graphic sometimes produces more letter/number combinations than are possible to type into the field. The graphic once produced a sequence of 7 letters/numbers to type in; your field only allows for six characters, maximum.

Fifth and finally, I exceeded the number of registration attempts and now I'm locked out.

Whoohooo! :)

This seems to happen to everyone. Just sign up without filling anything else in, then email/PM all that info you want filled in to Worm. I had to do the same thing.

Read, people. Read.
My final registration attempt was nick/email/password; the bare minimum (plus the encryption code, of course). But the encryption produced a 7 digit code and the board software doesn't allow more than a 6 digit answer.
