I bet this kind of thing goes on all the time, whether it's broadcast or film. The public face everyone puts on would have us all believe that everyone gets along, everything behind the camera is as wonderful as it is in front and no one ever argues or loses their temper. The reality would be far different.

I did find it funny how O'Reilly was able to shift faces so quickly. A true actors gift :)
