Nice metaphor, quick reminder. I really doubt that people who for some reason can't lock up their gun's, just how some people after seing any other movie with clear message like Requiem for a Dream will still do drugs.

There's a big jump from leaving loaded weapons about for kids to play with to "still do drugs", which is a choice rather than a lack of forethought.

Remember: Lock your Guns.
