Nope, just certain places certain times of year... and by "certain" I mean "most"!
Vancouver just gets rainy in the winter, kinda cold, freezes sometimes - Victoria is an amazing micro climate that just has even more flowers all winter. Calgary is kind of a freak place for winter with short runs of medium cold, then barely cold, then really cold, then medium, fairly warm.
Our summers are pretty hot as well, usually only between 15 and 25 degrees, but it gets up to properly scorching sometimes.
