I watched Arrow and Flash for a bit. Neither one of them really go anywhere. Plus lame CW-shit.

I watched all the Continuum in Netflix's db too. I kind of liked it, but its been forever since they put any shows up.

CW?

I had considered watching them, but hadn't heard great things. Although I'm currently watching Agents of Shield season 2, so maybe my standards are low enough.

Arrow - Take Beverly Hills 90210, and make them superheroes. Take self defense courses for a few months and become a master martial artist able to take on multiple hardened criminals at once.
edit: oh, and get drunk and you become an alcoholic. Go to an AA meeting and get cured. If drama is needed later start drinking again and repeat.

I was searching around on Netflix and realized I'd only seen the first half
of the 80-some-odd episodes of Farscape, so I started in on that ...

WTF? They killed off the Big Beautiful Blue Bitch?
What The Fuck happened to Dargo's son? All that drama and time spent to save him,
he fucks the grey slut and then just ... disappears? (think I missed something, maybe)
Is Scorpius dead or what? (and I mean the real Scorpius, not Harvey)
They bomb-blasted him and said "yup, he's dead" and then are running from him
in the very next episode. Killed him AGAIN (somehow, don't remember, been drinking)
and yet are still hiding from him.

great show, tho ... I can understand why it was such a hard sell.
srsly dramatic and shocking at points ... a casual viewer could easily dismiss
it because of the puppets. Very unconventional, non-American-TeeVee pacing.

Farscape is amazing.
And you can't kill Scorpius, it's a fact.

EDIT TO ADD
It's been a while since I last saw it, maybe it's time to go back.
Are you sure you want spoilers?

best show on the TeeVee ...
Suggestions where to start ... because it seems to be all over the place regarding movies and tv going back to 1999.
in order, beginning to end.

Will do ... have watched a random episode of the first tv series ... it is ... different.

Watched a couple of Mr Robot EPs yesterday, sure some of the scenes/plot lines jar to say the least overall it's well made and seems a good yarn.

It's based on the novel Chuck Hogan and Guillermo del Toro, I wonder if it'd make a good read?

I really liked book 1 of the Strain. Books 2 and 3 kinda throw book 1 out the window though. Mostly because book 1 sets up 'plausible' reasons for how vampires could exist, and in 2 and 3 they don't deal with that nearly as much and it becomes very supernatural.

After watching the trailer I kinda like the (assumed) focus in the outbreak, but that can only last so long, what then? More random survival. I need more info I think.

Didn't think I'd say that one day, but I got bored of zombies.
(and I got the Undead Nightmare extension for Red Dead Redemption).
I tried watching TWD but couldn't get past the first couple of episodes.

Mind you, the same happened with Game of Thrones, bloody white walkers and all the cool stuff took forever to arrive (but when they do, boy do they!).
Luckily, they knew that boobies would keep me interested.

And now I'm cool with zombies again, although I think I'll go SF for the next binge, maybe Sens8, sounds interesting.
