"Kingdom of the Trolls vs. Dune Prequels"

Post by TheDukester »

An absolute classic, worthy of its own thread:

"Kingdom of the Trolls vs. Dune Prequels"

http://tinyurl.com/yla8y55" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

A bit of background, for those not interested in the Twitter Wars: this Harwood wingnut is a guy with about five different Twitter accounts that no one really looks at, including at least one for what appears to be a completely imaginary "cousin." He got into a pretty decent slap-fight a week or so ago with Chiggie and myself, which I personally thought was great fun, since we were forced to limit our insults to 140 characters or less. It was challenging. And, of course, he worships at the Altar of Anderjacket pretty regularly, which will be obvious to anyone who reads his rantings.

Anyway, I thought the whole thing was over with ... in fact, Mr. Wingnut even said as much in a post. But I guess he was just revving up the engines for his cute little manifesto.

Also, be sure to check out the comments box for this gem:

"I don't like censorship but flaming attacks on me personally will not be accepted in Comments, nor will foul language or any of the usual troll language and idiotic troll logic used in flaming."

Translation: "I'll be deleting all comments I disagree with."

I've personally invited Harwood-Wingnut here at least three times, complete with full URLs. He's as big a coward as he seems to think many of us are, if not bigger.

Anyway, this is a fun read for an otherwise nondescript Wednesday. Enjoy!

how great and easy life must be when you're that stupid...
I always smile when they finally realize the complexity of the world in general :)
I think I tried to post on one of his blurbds but I forget which one...

This posting is in defense of Brian Herbert, Kevin J. Anderson, and their DUNE novels, against the viscous attacks by psychotic trolls on a terroristic jihad.

I use StatCounter to track visitors to this blog. From those reports, I confirmed one of the two primary trolls lives in Japan, and then found out that the other one lives in Denmark. I found out other trolls live in Portugal, Brazil, Pakistan, Russian Federation, Sweden, Netherlands, Greece, Chile, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Belgium, and Poland.
can someone tell that moron he forgot France with his marvellous stat counter that can track down people's location?

Is that the man that wants to:
cut their balls off and then make the trolls eat their own balls, except that the trolls don't have any balls in the first place.

I think that was mentioned in one of his five Twitter accounts. Or maybe it's the fake "cousin" who is dying? Who knows? Wingnuts are so hard to keep track of ...

I mentioned some of that last week - I'm pissed about his blahg comment posting -
that you have to have an "account" with google or wordpress or whothefuckever
just to comment - led me to the "fuck him/them" position; come on in here and
let's have a talk, fuck your little personal blagh .... tool.

deleted him/them on the twit RSS feed - cocksucker(s) was/were filling up my reader worse than Rozansky ....

can I get a consensus on "OH Precept #1", being the "if you don't get it you're too stupid and
you just cain't fix stupid." ?

can I git an "amen" ?

AMEN!!!

He won't pass my comment (about Dune being 21,000 years in the future, not 10,000) and he won't correct the error in his text.

That, to me, spells DUMBFUCK.

(I know I've said it before, but it bore repeating. )

Amen, my Confederate brother.

I posted a comment on his cute little blog (using my Google credentials). It was short, factual, non-inflammatory, contained no personal attacks and no foul language ...

... and it won't be posted, I'm sure. Gutless is as gutless does.

AMEN to that!

nb:
I'm kind of vexed he didn't mention France in his long winded list of haters so I posted a(never to see) comment to tell him my balls and me were waiting for him to suck'em...

Actually mate, we do believe. We believe that Keith and Bobo (maybe) are churning out YA crap and putting Dune on the cover. Of course you like it - you're a dumbfuck.

That blog rant would be hysterically funny, if it wasn't so bloody sad.

Yeah, Sev, I liked that line, too. What a dumbass: this site itself only exists because of belief. That's like a pretty big "duh!"

Mr. Wingnut also has a poor interpretation of "troll." He seems to think it means "anyone who disagrees with me."

I actually had the first third of a gigantic response typed up, hitting his blog post point-by-point. But I stopped in mid-sentence when I realized that this clown just isn't worth it. He's nothing more than a preek with preek-level intelligence, spouting the same old preek nonsense. Nothing I can say is going to change that.

I did take the time to respond to him in 140-character bursts at Twitter, though. I have to admit, it was sort of fun. 8)

"The Kingdom of the Trolls is a very dark place in their own self-designed hell. It has been a classic battle between good and evil, with the trolls being on the side of willful evil, and the good being those who are fans of DUNE prequels and their authors."

You know, I don't feel evil, willful or otherwise. Is anyone else feeling evil today?

And, wait, why are the preeks automatically good? I don't get it. Who picked these teams?

(Man, I'm glad I didn't waste any more time on my longer response. This guy is a fucking wingnut. "Good"? ... "evil"? ... is he being serious with this shit? )

damn guys - after a horrible day at the office, nothing compares to the hatred of this sietch. This is hilarious.

I feel sorry for the fool - it's obvious his mother did drop him one time too many on the bathroom floor - head first. He should be in a home where the right people could take of him and change his diaper from time to time.

So Franks work is the fictional accounts while the prequels/sequels are historically records. *Head explodes

Convenient, huh?

Just introduce an unreliable narrator 20 years after the original author dies. It works like a charm.

ahh Lundse - I've just tried to post a similar post on his blog - only to see he needs to approve it.

I really would like to invite him over so we could meet face to face and he could cut of my balls and feed them to me - that part really made me hard and ready to blow!

I really wouldn't bother with trying to comment on his blog; he'll never approve anything. As mentioned above, I made a short comment hours ago that was non-inflammatory. As suspected, it's not approved.

I'd just keep commenting here, or at Twitter itself (for those with an account). I'll keep offering him links to here ... not that I think he has the stones to ever show up. Being gutless is a hard habit to break.

I also invited him over with a non aggressive message with two links to this place. I don't get my hopes up though that the message will be approved.
