One of those types tried to pick me up once, trying to make a show of his (not particularly) low voice. I replied in my basso profundo rumble "oh please" in the most sarcastic tone I could muster. Poor fella!

No, I don't go for the bears, nor gay bars of any sort (though we only really have one in this city anyway, and it's more a nightclub - I don't do nightclubs). The kind of guys I tend to go for are usually fairly un-stereotypically gay/bi. Pretty boys, but without being effeminate. Although (this sounds terribly corny) it's mostly about personality, moreso than with women for me. The nonchalant, confident, witty type, bit like Oz from Buffy (but I don't really like Seth Green).
