What are those things?
Brakepads. She uses them to slow down after all the hot air spouted out of CombOver's pasty white arse makes her glide around the room with her gigantic bingo wings.

Naw, those are traction pads. All those preeks have spent so much time up there his anal muscles have lost their tonicity. She needs those things when she goes up to gain purchase.

And after he makes love at the grown-up version of the girl he met while working on her mother's car in the past, he passes out and wakes up with Reb standing over him.

Man, that was such a bad movie.

It wasn't that bad!

BTW Rob, just got around to watching "Domino" on DVD last night.

I was really, really drunk, and the trippy camera & lighting effects
were distracting, but I think I really enjoyed it. I liked how the
twisting plot wasn't over-explained, they just went from one thing
to another in slam-bam fashion. Keira was actually almost believable
to me as a badass, snorted burbon out my nose when she popped
the 90210 kid in the face.

I'll have to watch it again when I'm semi-sober ... don't know when
that might be, tho ....

I'm not sure I'd recommend it. I did watch it sober, and Little Elf Girl is not at all believable as a bounty hunter. She's still easy on the eyes, though ...

The real Domino doesn't look much bigger than Keira Knightley.

The turnout for that signing was less than stellar. And that's in NYC.

I'm still very proud of The Quarry but … let's face it; in the end the real best way to sign off would have been with a great big rollicking Culture novel.

Yeah, it's like TheKJA doesn't give us any credit for actually having eyeballs. Those images show a lot of people walking away from the camera ... and that's not exactly a Disneyland E-Ticket sort of line for the book-signing, is it?

It's hard to say for sure, but it looks like that signing might have been made of fail.

(Edit to add: And check out the color-blind douchebag in the screaming blue T-shirt and flip-flops with his four copies of the book. Congratulations, moron: you just spent $100 on a wheelbarrow full of crap)

(One final edit: A lot of the same people are appearing in both of the lower photos. That makes the whole thing even less impressive.)

I count maybe 40 people in the seating photo, maybe 16 or so standing in the line.

6 seats per row, 11 rows per section, 3 sections = 198 seats.

Yah, that spells FAIL to me, too. ;)

And if things filled up between the seats shot and the actual signing event, why so few people standing in line at the end? :P

Aww come on guys, that was only the first night of the tour on launch day in the flagship store of America's largest bookseller in the middle of our largest city.

I'm sure the library signings will be more successful!

It looks more shabby, disgusting and tasteless every time I see it.

The jacket looks a bit grim as well.
