listen 5 years ago that we were overbuilding plants for the available distribution .... what this means
in real terms is that I personally know about 150 men that are out of work until we get back to building,
we taken all the IBEW members we can on the transmission line projects .... that's just the folks I know
and have worked with ... I'd say there's 2000 men out of work right now who had jobs six months ago ...

in Iowa, and a new General Electric test farm (new turbine design) being erected in Oregon .. which doesn't
