question about Berkeley(?) trade editions

Being over the recent hardcover editions and enamored with the old (I think) Berkeley trades, I'm hoping someone here can help me out.
They're the ones with the predominantly dark blue covers: C:D has a vista of Chapterhouse with Spider Queen hovering overhead; HoD has Sheanna dancing on the front, and Ysai on the back; GEoD has, of course, Leto II. The spines all feature a character - all women.
GEoD, HoD and C:D have all be easy to find, but not so the first three. Can anyone help with information on them - dates of publication especially. So many of the older editions for sale on Amazon and other online outlets have, of course, no cover pictures.
