I offered $ 200,00 but the seller came with a counter offer of $365,00 which is, to my opinion, way overpriced for an ARC.

Damn your use of the internationally and scientifically preferred comma method! I was going to make a joke about "Well if I bought it then I couldn't afford a nice home for it" on the assumption that it was selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Then I looked at the link.
If I remembered how to access my paypal account I might consider buying it at 365...

I had forgotten this title was published 11 years after Dune.
I thought the release dates were closer for some reason.
