Totally random, but I was watchin' a bunch of movies this past week and I saw a few actresses that instantly made me think 'Bene Gesserit Reverend Mothers'.... with a current 'girlfriend' thrown into the mix just for shits and giggles...

Where in the hell did Lynch come up with the idea of having them all be hideous and bald!? Seems like a movie wouldn't miss any chance to have beautiful women every chance it gets. I mean clearly many of the BG are very 'well bred', ya know?

I think Tricia Helfer is definitely worthy to play a RM, but too 'waifish' to play Odrade. Aren't Odrade and Lucilla described as really bodacious, curvier women?

Actually, IIRC Odrade is described as "willowy" somewhere. And not very young, too.

You're right. Just got started reading Heretics again today. Odrade and Lucilla look very similar, except one is skinny and one is curvier it seems
