Hello, Is there any chance we could get the Avatar size limit of 6k raised a little, Or is everyone else OK with it as it is? Mob Rules here ofcourse it's no big deal.

We should definitely raise the limit and the size allowance.

I was just going to make that suggestion, 80 x 80 is tiny.

I prefer the 180 limit, but 120 would be good too. Personally, I'm not worried about the kilobyte limit since I have the option to host off site, but 24 kb is reasonable without going overboard. What do you think?

Big as they can be, short of ridiculous.

Not too big. It ruins the board formatting. Any size between 120 and 180 is a good size.

This is what I ahve on my site. I personally like that size, and think that any bigger screws with the readability of the fourm. If my avatar over there is too big for you, though, do something else.

NO! File size is still limited to 6k.

Must make larger. 24k minimum :)

    Mmm...that's better. :D
I have heard of only one mistake that doesn’t have an explanation for a careful reader...with an open mind. (And, no, I’m not going to tell you what it is!) —KJA

I don't like every writer's style; for instance, I have never been able to get through Ursula LeGuin, China Mieville, or Iain Banks, all of whom are critical darlings. —KJA
