Reverend Mother Lani arrives at Jacurutu

Reverend Mother Lani peers out over ruined broken stones of ancient ramparts in the sand.
Her sun-bleached ginger hair is matted with Spice-crust, face smeared with a thick coat of orange grit as she un-clips her breath-mask, letting it fall to its stillsuit tether at her shoulder. Weary from a 20-Worm journey, Lani inhales the freshness of clear atmosphere as a worm slithers slowly away, making crackling static discharges in the aether. Sweet aroma of The Spice floats through the painfully dry air, as a few molecules of the precious substance still caress her olfactory quantum-neurons.
"Yes, just as we saw it in our visions." she mutters to herself with a harsh whispering timbre.
In her other memories, Lani has seen this place so many times before... through the Spice-focused eyes of sisters long deceased. Moving forward, she takes another breath, and nearly gasps out loud... bending over to hold her stomach... just short of heaving, she exerts Prana Bindu control over her abdominal muscles.
Lani readies her consciousness to experience this place they call: Jacurutu.
"What unspeakable evil lurks amidst the awful stench here?"
