Hello from Cleveland

Postby Sihaya » 04 May 2011 12:20

Was just sent this way by an old friend.

I must admit, I'm only half-way through Children. I read Dune before college, but then college took over my life and I had to put the series down. Now that I've graduated I'm going to finish.

That's really all I got. Just wanted to say hello to everyone!
Tell me of the waters of thy birthworld, Usul.

Welcome! Unless you like spoilers I'd be careful what you read around here, as we discuss what happens in the later books quite a bit. Hope you're enjoying them so far, and look forward to discussing them with you!

Welcome Home! Have fun during the wonderful journey that is reading the chronicles for the first time.

Welcome! Glad to meet a first-time Dune series reader. Enjoy the rest of them.

I'm still very proud of The Quarry but … let's face it; in the end the real best way to sign off would have been with a great big rollicking Culture novel.
