My first copy of Dune was one I stole from my high school when I as 16 and ever since I've been trying to collect as many old copies as possible of the first four novels. I haven't read Chaperhouse or Heretics yet, and I will not ever invest any time in those "books" written by Brian Herbert and "worst Star Wars book ever" writer KJA.

I suppose I've floated around the Dune online community in one way or another for a while but since DoD died I didn't really care to invest in a new community, until now. Anyway, this place seems pretty alright and Dune is the best so I'm excited to talk about it. Plus you guys can help me create my Philosophy of Dune class for when I'm a big bad college professor.
