What is happening with Lance Armstrong's books is very interesting. I am not a lawyer obviously but if Lance Armstrong can be sued for misleading the folks who bought his books it begs the question how far the same thing can be done with the nudune crap. A harder case since there was never a public confession but if the former iscsuccessful I wonder if it would lay the groundwork similiar litigation. I think itwould be worth it simply to force their hand to show the notes.

not that it would ever make it to Court,
but wouldn't a lawsuit, against the claims
on the backcovers of Grunters & Sadworms
force the HLP to produce "The Notes" ?

the conviction of armstrong stems from foundations and endowments owing his endeavors hundreds of thousands of dollars looking out for their own interest

it took those monied interests to force the truth about his practices into the public sphere

Frank and Brian planned on working on some Dune prequels together. I have never read one, but at this point it just seems like Brian Herbert is now simply profiting off of his own father's genius. I'm glad he finished the original saga based off of his fathers notes. But seriously. Talk about a ridiculous amount of prequels. I like mystery and subtle cliff hangers. People like Brian Herbert just F that up.

what are you referring to?
Hunters and Sandworms seemed more based of Brian and Kevin's own ideas smashed into
Frank's story. There also seems to be a lot of doubt about these notes existing.

Edited for grammer.

Frank and Brian's collaboration would have looked something like this:

Frank: No son, that's stupid.

Brian: Sorry Dad. :tissue2:

Frank: And I don't want you taking any more calls from that Kevin guy either.
